Destination agent notifications

If you have no Agents in Spain to whom you may entrust your shipments, we may take care of them and manage a smooth delivery to final Receivers.

We may pay seafreights if collect, local port charges, sending Notifies. Custom clearance and arrange the transport for its door delivery. We only need a scanned copy by e-mail of following documents:

Master Bill of Lading (MB/L) stating your Company as Shippers and ours as Consignees.

House Bill of Lading (HB/L) issued by you with real data of Shippers/Receivers, stating if freight prepaid or collect.
In a corner Disbroquer SL. Full data indicating as “Delivery Agents”. All data available of Consigneees, very useful for Notify purposes.

Master B/L may issued as “Express B/L” or “Seawaybill” or another alternative is sending a “Telex” or “e-Mail Release” issued by Carrier Agents at Loading Port addressed to Ship Agents of Discharging Port.

Together with above, Disbroquer, SL, has to received a “Shipping Advise/Pre-Alert” with all shipping details and instructions, vessel’s name, ETD, etc…, and details of your Bank account in case there was a freight collected which should be transferred to you.
